Partner Eli Eshel represents a subsidiary of Kablanim Group in USD 3.2 Million aquisition

Boney HaNechasim, a subsidiary of Kablanim Group (החברה לפיתוח מיסודו של מרכז הקבלנים והבונים בישראל בע"מ), a publicly traded company on TASE, purchased in the heart of “Little Tel Aviv”, historical building on Allenby Street. The Purchaser intends to renovate the Property for further sale. Built in 1922 with “eclectical” architectural style by well known Jewish architect from Germany Alexander Levy, the building is located in the vicinity of the Tel Aviv sea promenade and the Opera house.
