Eli Eshel and Meytal Katz-Rozenberg represented the Kablanim Group (a publicly traded company) in a land purchase transaction at Gehah Junction for 6.4 Million US Dollars.
The land is zoned for the construction of a shopping center with an area of 8000 sq.m. (excluding parking and underground spaces which were also purchased in the transaction). The seller, Gehah Building Ltd. retained rights to build an office tower on top of the shopping center
