Yoram L. Cohen, Ashlagi, Eshel represented E.E.R. Environmental Energy Resources (Israel) Ltd. (EER) on a recent two investment agreements, pursuant to which EER raised approximately US$3 million from two reputable vIsraeli investors. EER provides advanced plasma-based technological solutions for solid waste treatment. ERR’s technology was developed by leading Russian and Israeli scientists. The company has recently completed the construction of a solid waste treatment demonstration plant in Israel.
