Cohen, Ashlagi, Eshel represented the Knepler Family in their acquisition of 62.5% of the issued and outstanding of Lev-El Diagnostics of Heart Disease Ltd., an Israeli hi-tech company that developed devices which can measure changes in heart beat. Such devices were approved for sale by the medical authorities, both in Europe and the United State.
