Yoram L. Cohen, Ashlagi, Eshel represented Cypriot company R.O. Future Group Plc in its recent NIS 35,000,000 IPO of bonds and option to purchase bonds on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. The company is engaged in the residential real estate market in Romania. The bonds will carry interest of 8% per annum, and the principal on the bonds will be repaid in four consecutive annual installments beginning in 2009. Options to purchase such bonds may be exercised by the end of May 2007.
