Senior Partner Yoram L. Cohen represented entrepreneur Arie Fridman in his acquisition of the holdings of the Israeli Contractors’ Union in Contractor’s Development Ltd., a company listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, for a purchase price of NIS 2.7 million .Contractor’s Development Ltd., holds real estate plots in Tel Aviv, which will be used for the construction of office towers.
The Fridman family is also the owner of a thriving commercial enterprise in the Dead Sea area and a successful cosmetics marketing company.
