Partner, Dana Livneh-Zemer, represented Danshar Group, a prominent Israeli organization engaged in importation and distribution of international and domestic products in Israel, in a transaction for the acquisition of the control of Intercosma Ltd. (a company traded on the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange TASE: INCS) from its current controlling shareholders, for an aggregate consideration of approximately NIS15,500,000. As part of the transaction, some of the current controlling shareholders of Intercosma were granted a put option to sell to Danshar the remaining of their shares in the Company under terms agreed upon in the agreement between them. The transaction is subject to the receipt of the approval of the Israeli Commissioner of Trade Practices.
