In addition, the firm has extensive experience in representing insurers sued in accordance with insurance policies and directors and officers insurance, in many aspects of commercial and management law (tender law), in appeals and ancillary criminal proceedings (securities offenses, building and planning offences, etc.) The firm regularly represents plaintiffs and defendants, in all levels of the court system in Israel, and before arbitration tribunals, including the Supreme Court, and acts on behalf of clients as a key link and advisor in cases heard in courts and arbitration tribunals outside Israel.
